What information do you need to calculate customs duties?
To calculate customs duties, we need a full description of the goods with the invoice value; INCOTERMS-2010 delivery terms, as well as the amount of expenses up to the border.
What information do I need to calculate the shipping cost?
We calculate the shipping cost based on the following information:
- Name of cargo;
- MSDS (in case of transportation of dangerous goods);
- City of departure and city of destination;
- Weight and volume of the cargo;
- INCOTERMS delivery conditions.
Do you work with parallel imports?
Yes, we work with all groups of goods, except perishable food products.
Do you have a place to store the product?
Yes, we have our own customs warehouse in Istanbul.
